I was also trying to find if the session property "Fail parent if the task fails" has been set in all the sessions. I checked all the OPB tables OPB_SESSION/OPB_TASK/OPB_TASK_INST/OPB_ATTR/OPB_TASK_ATTR, but i could not find this property anywhere.
